The Château Trapaud team are here to help you

Like many owners, I am present for all stages of the wine-making process. I am assisted on a daily basis by two people who support me in my work in the vineyard and the cellars.

From December to July, one or two people come to assist the team in carrying out the work on the vines, from thinning to de-leafing. Furthermore, I am assisted by two technical advisors who monitor the health of the vines and are involved in decision-making with regard to disease treatment in the vineyard.

Our cellars

The team are involved in all stages of the winemaking process, from harvesting right through to conditionning procedures. We work in collaboration with an oenology laboratory who regularly monitor the quality of our wine. Lastly, a partner company, equipped with high performance material in compliance with strict specifications, is responsible for bottling all of the wines produced.

Following my studies in wine and business, I joined my parents’ business in 1997. Since then, I have managed the estate as well the marketing and representation of its wine in France and abroad. Wine produced at Château Trapaud is marketed by Bordeaux wine merchants or by direct sales to consumers.
