Château Trapaud - Saint Emilion Grand Cru 2004

	Technical info (PDF format) An excellent year due a harvest of grapes very rich in anthocyanins and sugar. Tres belle teinte grenat, un nez intense de fruits rouges et noirs avec des odeurs épicées ; soutenues par un bon boisé. En bouche, une structure bien présente avec des tanins de qualité. Une touche toastée très agréable vient apporter une finale savoureuse à ce vin fruité.

Vinification	Traditional, combining temperature control with traditional methods. Maturing in barrels and vats with the new technique of adding oxygen at a fixed rate, in accordance with various tastings. A single racking during the year; 75% in barrels for twelve months and 25% in vats. Then six months in vats for all the wine before final blending. Alcohol content: 13.5%
